Falls Prevention
Clinics
Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy staff from Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership deliver four falls prevention clinics across Aberdeen City. The clinics provide an opportunity for people who have experienced a fall or who feel they are at risk of having a fall, to meet with a health professional, discuss their concerns and decide on an action plan to reduce their falls risk. Action plans differ with each individual but usually involve making positive changes to address the concerns that have been raised at the clinic appointment.

Ask your GP or any health and social care professional to refer you to the Community Adult Assessment and Rehabilitation Service for a clinic appointment.
